Valencia CF teamed up with These Football Times to bring the fans a 150-page collectors issue about the club’s history. Inside you’ll find great writing, beautiful photography and spectacular art.
The UK based publication was born in 2011 from the idea that outstanding football writing should be free to all. From that idea grew a site that has since incorporated an award-winning print magazine, interviews with the biggest names in the game, analysis of defining moments, stories from around the world and a podcast, and given the best freelancers a platform to earn money, grow and improve.
Previous clubs featured in the magazine include PSV, AS Roma, River Plate, Celtic, Ajax and many more.
Bellow is a breakdown of the feature stories and art you’ll find inside the magazine.
- The tale of Mundo, Valencia's greatest goalscorer
- El Matador: Mario Kempes in Spain
- How Valencia rebuilt after relegation in 1986
- The magic and madness of Santiago Cañizares
- Claudio López and his electric peak
- Gaizka Mendieta
- The Héctor Cúper renaissance
- The glory of Rafa Benítez
- Pablo Aimar: the Valencia diaries
