Valencia CF, benchmark and leaders in goal-achievement for LaLiga Impulso plan
Valencia CF participated in the II Plan Impulso Conference organised by LaLiga this week, where the development achieved by the clubs within the program was evaluated and Valencia CF were presented as a strong example.
The club lead the way in meeting the objectives set, with an 83.3% achievement rate, having already reached all the goals in two of the program's verticals such as Communication and Corporate Social Responsibility. This data corroborates the good organisational structure of the club and its working model in different areas.
One of the first to comply with the KPI's'set in Communication, Valencia CF were given plaudits by LaLiga as an example of the ability to maintain consistent improvement and work in areas such as internal communication and strategic planning.
Regarding Sustainability, Valencia CF are in the Top 5 of the most sustainable clubs in Spain, due to its great commitment that is seen especially at the Ciudad Deportiva.
The VCF Academy already met most of the objectives of Plan Impulso before it began, which has led to the setting of some new, more ambitious goals to continue growing.
Regarding Infrastructure, the new stadium takes particular focus, but Valencia CF have made an effort to meet all the requirements of the audiovisual regulations for the current stadium, despite Mestalla being almost a hundred years old, and has strengthened the Ciudad Deportiva.
In the Technology vertical, the club have achieved practically all the goals set for digitisation and innovation.
In Digital Strategy, plans on social networks, activations with influencers, the expansion of different languages and projects such as those done jointly with LaLiga on platforms in China and Asia have received plaudits.
LaLiga have praised Valencia CF's Internationalisation, citing the club as an example of good work and coordination between departments, since Marketing and Sales, Communication and Media, and Business Intelligence work together in this vertical.
A brand expansion project and immersion in powerful markets such as the United States, Canada and Mexico have had the support of LaLiga to achieve penetration through content. Valencia CF are growing in the expansion of the brand in strategic markets and in the generation of new digital assets and ways of attracting income at a local, national and international level.
