Valencia CF attend 2021 Asindown calendar presentation
Although the COVID-19 pandemic had meant its postponement last year, the Asindown Foundation was finally able to present its 2021 charity calendar this Wednesday, with collaborators Valencia CF represented at the event.

Valencia CF have been part of the charity project for sixteen years. It aims to give greater visibility to the foundation and the goal of achieving an inclusive society in which those with Down Syndrome have the same rights and opportunities as anybody else. It also provides a welcome boost in income for Asindown to continue offering its services.

Asindown holds an annual dinner to show gratitude to all the entities that collaborate on the annual calendar. Valencia CF were represented by President Anil Murthy, Executive Director Joey Lim, and other members of the club.
Speaking on behalf of Valencia CF, Mr. Murthy said that: “Asindown does an essential job in our society. The strong bond between Valencia CF and Asindown has been part of our lives for a long time, and we are proud to continue together for many years to come. Every year, the calendar fills our Christmases with joy."

Elena Martínez, a user of Asindown's services and a member of its board of directors, took the opportunity to thank all the people who contribute:
“Every job placement, every person who completes a training program, every advance in the individual development of our users, undoubtedly bears the mark of Valencia CF."

The evening ended with the gifts being handed over to the collaborating companies. The presentation was attended by the presidents of Valencia CF, the Asindown Foundation (José Vega), and La Caixa Social Action (Encarna Alcaide).
The 2021 Asindown Calendar is available to buy at VCF Official Stores.
