‘Valencia CF visits your school’ kicks off a new season in Torrent
The Club will visit twelve schools with special attention to the centres affected by the flash floods
Valencia CF midfielder Pepelu assessed the defeat against Getafe CF on LaLiga Matchday 16.
The game
"We lost it due to what we got wrong, but today all of Spain and everyone who saw the match will be wondering many things because the spectacle was not what LaLiga deserves."
The sendings-off
“I don't like that they treat us like that. We have honest players and the intensity of a game makes you excited, but when from the first minute they treat you with that arrogance, it is difficult to play a game. We are focused and have a lot of pressure on us; I imagine that the referee is too, but we all have to be equal on the pitch and today the tone was not appropriate.”
The dressing room's mood
“We are angry because we came here motivated to get the three points and, after a huge effort and playing with 10 players for so long, we leave here empty-handed. It's a shame because we worked very well, but for the good of LaLiga this cannot be like that."
