Mestalla food distribution project extended

Valencia CF will continue to help the Banco de Acción Solidaria distribute Banco de Alimentos packs to families in need at the stadium

Mestalla will continue to be used as a food distribution centre for Valencian families in need, after the agreement to help the Banco de Acción Solidaria charity was extended.

The project, which has been running on alternate weeks on Tuesdays and Thursdays since May, is being reinforced to cover the basic needs of hundreds of families during August.

In September VCF and the charity organisers will again review the circumstances of the COVID-19 pandemic and its consequences in Valencia, with the common objective of continuing to help those most vulnerable to its effects.
