History:
Valencia CF will be in midweek action in the new-look Spanish Super Cup semi-final at the King Abdullah Stadium in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia against Real Madrid on Wednesday the 8th of January at 8 pm kick-off time (CET).

Valencia CF have not lost against Real Madrid in their last two meetings where they registered a 2-1 win at Mestalla on Matchday 30th and they were denied the win with a last-second equaliser on Matchday 17.
