History:
Valencia CF will travel to Seville to take on Sevilla FC for their first outing of 23-24 in their season opener at the Estadio Ramón Sánchez-Pizjuán at 10 pm kick-off time (CET) on Matchday 1 of LaLiga EA Sports.
Valencia CF are coming into the game after a fine preseason with all wins but the Trofeu Taronja which saw a 2-1 loss to Aston Villa FC in Valencia CF’s curtain-raiser at Mestalla on the 5th of August.
Meanwhile, Sevilla FC's preseason has seen wins, draws and losses throughout the summer. Albeit, they are coming into their season opener after having drawn Atletico Madrid by a 1-1 scoreline in LaLiga summer series.
Last season, Valencia CF were held to a 1-1 draw in an eventful game at the Estadio Ramón Sánchez-Pizjuán in Seville.
