The family of Juan Cruz Sol would like to express our great thanks to everybody for the displays of affection they have shown to our dear Juan.
At as difficult a time as this, you have embraced us and made us feel as if we have reaped all the affection that he sowed throughout his life.
As you know, football was his passion, be it at his beloved Valencia CF, at Real Madrid, with the Spanish national team, or as a scout for Chelsea FC. We have felt the support of so many colleagues, clubs, institutions, people whom we know and anonymous people to whom Juan always gave his ever-present smile and love.
The city of Valencia and Valencia CF, family and friends were the pillars of his life. His was a life dedicated to the club as a player, as a delegate and as an ambassador. He always represented Valencia CF and the best things about football with all the fans, with the Peñas, with institutions, clubs and board members. We want to thank Valencia and the Valencia CF family for the affection and sensitivity with which he was always treated -especially in these last moments of his life.
To all of you, we want to say THANK YOU for such an avalanche of well wishes. Juan will always be with us and will continue to support and watch over his team every week.
AMUNT!
