LaLiga's form side
LaLiga Matchday 20 gets underway on Friday night, starting the second half of the domestic season. Valencia CF are up against RCD Mallorca at Son Moix, and are aiming to carry over a streak that has led to them being the form side over the past five league games.

In that five-game run, Albert Celades' side have racked up 11 points, thanks to wins against Villarreal CF (2-1), Levante UD (2-4) and SD Eibar (1-0), plus draws against Real Madrid (1-1) at Mestalla and away to Real Valladolid (1-1).

No other team have managed to claim as many points as Valencia CF in this time, and it is a run that has taken them to sixth place and 31 points at the start of Part 2 of the season.
The squad trained on Friday to continue their preparations for the trip to Majorca.
