The Antonio Puchades stadium at the Ciudad Deportiva was packed for the final edition of the 2018/19 LaLiga Genuine season, with 30 teams present for the celebration of the competition for athletes with intelectual disabilities.

A total of 45 games were played over the course of the weekend of June 15th-16th at the Valencia CF training facility, The VCF DI team were the hosts, and president Anil Murthy gave a speech at the closing ceremony alongside LaLiga president Javier Tebas and VCF Foundation patrons José Luis Zaragosí, Salvador Belda and Salvador Martínez.

Previously in 2018/19, LaLiga Genuine had held events in Tarragona, Córdoba, A Coruña, Madrid and Los Ángeles de San Rafael, with the values of sharing enjoyment above competing the underlying philosophy for the format. The initiative is made possible by the work of LaLiga, the LaLiga Foundation and the 30 participating clubs.
