Institutional meeting between club president Anil Murthy and Ximo Puig, president of the Generalitat

Valencia CF president, Anil Murthy, held an institutional meeting this Tuesday with the president of the Generalitat Valenciana, Ximo Puig.
In the meeting, held at the Palau de la Generalitat in the city centre, the project to finalise the construction of the clubs new stadium was shared with the relevant institutions. Also present was financial director, Inmaculada Ibáñez.
Next technical meeting
After this institutional meeting, a technical meeting will be held with Arcadi Spain, Minister of Territorial Policy, Public Work and Mobility, and Rafa Climent, Minister of Sustainable Economy, Productive Sectors, Trade and Labor, with the aim of moving forward together towards the objective of resuming construction work as soon as possible, and making the project a reality for Valencia CF, the club's fans and the general public.
The President of Valencia CF has reviewed the meeting:
POSITIVE REUNION
It was a very productive meeting. It was very serious and positive. We are very optimistic after this reunion. Now we are going to continue with more meetings, as a team. We announced in the General Assembly that this project would move forward, and I am optimistic about the roadmap that I proposed there.
TEAMWORK
We hope to restart work with the licences, etc., in September. We are going to keep working as a team, which is very positive for the city and the club.
IMPORTANT PROJECT FOR EVERYONE
It's not only the ground. It's the entire investment of millions and millions of euros that will come into the city, with the stadium, tertiary businesses, construction at the land where Mestalla is now... we're talking about the investment of 400-500,000 euros into Valencia. That's important for everybody.
OPTIMISM
We are going to speak with experts, lawyers, etc... but we all agree on the concept with which to move forward. We all know that, working together, the ATC is important, with the project to sell the land where Mestalla is located. I am optimistic that we have all the ingredients for this project.
