Valencia CF Face a Challenging End to November Against Real Betis, CP Parla Escuela-Fair Play and RCD Mallorca
The first match will be at Mestalla with the other two played away
Valencia CF earned an important win this past weekend against Celta Vigo, and playing the full 90 minutes in the heart of the defence was Hugo Guillamón. As the team returned to training following the game, the centre back talked to VCF Media about the lift the win will provide.
"The team have been working well for weeks, and wins like this one, at home, keeping a clean sheet, give us a big boost. I think that this is the path that we have to follow," he said at the Ciudad Deportiva.
"It's tough when you work hard and the results don't go your way. When you score those types of goals, at the end of the game, it takes away some of that frustration at things not having gone your way in other games. The team had a good game, were united and worked together. That's how we got the win."
Guillamón continued by saying that "We know that every game in LaLiga is going to be like this. Any team can give you difficulties. That's how it's going to be, right until the end of the season."
"There are still games remaining, but at the same time the positions in the league are becoming more defined with every match and every result. We want to put together a run of good results, and I think that we need to go to Getafe with the mentality of taking the three points."
