Gómez reaches 100 official appearances for Valencia CF

With his participation against Elche CF, Maxi Gómez reached 100 official matches with Valencia CF. The striker, born in Paysandú (Uruguay), arrived at the club in 2019 from Celta Vigo. In LaLiga, he reached the 150 games milestone back in January.
Since he joined Valencia CF, Gómez has scored 20 goals in the different competitions in which he has participated. The Uruguayan international has competed for the club in both LaLiga (87 games) and the Copa del Rey (6) at domestic level, as well as the UEFA Champions League (6) and the Spanish Super Cup (1).
