Fran Pérez: “We have two weeks to recover well, pick ourselves up and go for the three points”
Valencia CF attacker, Fran Pérez, has analyzed the defeat against Real Madrid CF in matchday 13 of LaLiga EA Sports 2023-24.
"This is the Bernabéu and I think that in the opening minutes we came out intense, like we needed to be. We had our chances and when you don't put them away that's what happens. They have players with such a high level that they have a chance and they score. If you don't take your chances, then that's what happens.
This shouldn't hinder us mentally. Not at all. We have to give it the importance it requires. We lost today and the result was a little excessive. We have two weeks to recover well, pick ourselves up and go for the three points. This is football.
The fans have been spectacular. Their support is unconditional and I send my thanks to them for coming to cheer us on. We'll give it everything in the next game."
