Fitness work on Tuesday for the Valencia CF players
The morning session involved endurance work and drills with the ball
Tuesday morning saw the Valencia CF squad undertake a demanding training session at the Ciudad Deportiva, focused on fitness.
The session involved work on strength and resistance, with the ball introduced later on for skill and tactical development. Runs, crosses and shooting drills were set out by coach Javi Gracia and his coaching staff, who were once again impressed by the interaction and dedication of the players.
