Double session for Wednesday training
The squad trained in the gym in their morning workout
A double session on Wednesday formed part of the Valencia CF squad's plans for their second week of work at the Ciudad Deportiva. Fitness coach Juan Solla, alongside first team coach Javi Gracia and the rest of his staff, joined the players in their morning gym session, which is followed by work in the afternoon on the training pitch.
The synergy continues to increase between coaching staff and players, who are giving 100% in the quest for a common goal in 2020/21.
