‘Valencia CF visits your school’ kicks off a new season in Torrent
The Club will visit twelve schools with special attention to the centres affected by the flash floods
Thierry Correia was a starter for Valencia CF against Rayo Vallecano, and reflected on the 2-1 away loss in conversation with VCF Media after the final whistle.
A disappointing result
"We had a bad game. We started very badly, they scored a goal in the first few minutes and it took us a long time to find ourselves. In the second half we started off with a chance to score and immediately they got their second, and that killed us off. Today we had a very bad game."
Needing a stronger start
“I think Rayo came into the game much stronger than us. It took us a long time to get comfortable. It was a very difficult game for us, but we have to look at the next game now. We got Diakhaby's goal and we kept looking for the equaliser, but it wasn't possible."
Turning attention to Celta Vigo
"Tomorrow we start working on the next game, and now we have to keep looking forward."
