The Valencia CF Nutrition Department have devised several recipes for the first team during the nationwide lockdown, but they are also on-hand to provide meal ideas for Valencianistas looking to maintain a balanced diet.
Carlos Ferrando will be offering a series of recipes that can be followed at home by people of all ages, keeping them healthy and improving their cookery skills.
The first recipe is for oat flour pancakes, with a touch of banana for flavour and thickness. A balanced breakfast which provides protein, carbohydrates, vitamins and minerals, it is easy to make and contains readily available ingredients.
