B the travel brand is an Official Partner to Valencia CF, and the company's National Business Director, José Luis Álvarez, spoke to VCF Media about the challenges and changes taking place in their sector over the past year.
"We are obviously thinking about safety and the wellbeing of our clients more than ever," he said. A number of months ago, we implemented a pre-booking service so that our travel experts can offer customers their full attention in person, as well as satisfying their needs with unique, adapted experiences."
Travel is not limited to a transaction and a journey. It is a more extensive, rich and multifaceted experience, that includes inspiration, planing, preparing, buying, enjoying and sharing a trip," he continued.
"In the current situation, we have to do this with the utmost safety and responsibility. We want to make our clients' dreams come true. At B the travel brand we are passionate about travel, and allowing everybody to travel. It is much more than a job and a business to us: It's our life."
"Right now, people's preferences are not clear due to the uncertain circumstances, but we are detecting a willingness to make more last-minute trips. Although spontaneity will dominate, if the situation improves before the summer then we are sure that traditional destinations will come back very strong."
