Another double training session on Thursday
VCF Juvenil player Fran Pérez joined in the morning workout
The Valencia CF squad carried out a morning session on Thursday, continuing the trend of strength work in the gym and resistance training on the pitch at the Ciudad Deportiva.
The mix of fitness and skills work has shown signs of success so far, getting the players ever-more prepared for the upcoming season. New coach Javi Gracia has been leading his squad through another week of activity, with a friendly against FC Cartagena to round off the schedule.
Juvenil player Fran Pérez was the latest VCF Academy player to join the group, taking part in Thursday training.
