‘Valencia CF visits your school’ kicks off a new season in Torrent
The Club will visit twelve schools with special attention to the centres affected by the flash floods
Valencia CF president Anil Murthy gave his analysis of the game against Osasuna to VCF Media after the Matchday 10 fixture, and the focus was understandably on the controversial red card shown to Rodrigo Moreno.
"I've seen the move on replays and I think that at times football is very unfair. That's why we have VAR, and I hope that the way it works improves," he said at El Sadar.
"VAR has to be used to review decisive plays, and above all when there is a red card involved, because these things can change the game in the way that happened today."
"It was a difficult game. The red card for Rodrigo changed the entire match, but we have to pick ourselves back up," said Murthy.
"The red card changed everything, but now we have an important game on Wednesday against Sevilla and we need the fans to come to the stadium to support the team," encouraged the VCF president.
