The Main Global Partner of Valencia CF expects to reach a business volume of €1.1 billion within its 2024–2027 Strategic Plan, positioning Valencia as one of the key pillars of its national and international growth and expansion
TM Grupo Inmobiliario, a leading business holding in the residential, hotel and holiday tourism sector and a specialist in the construction and development of homes along the Mediterranean coast, held yesterday in Valencia the event “Connections that Build” -an encounter that brought together authorities such as Manuel Argüelles Linares, General Director of Energy and Mines at the Department of Innovation, Industry, Trade and Tourism; and Enrique Martí, General Director of Urban Planning at Valencia City Council, as well as business leaders and representatives of Valencia’s social and economic ecosystem- with the goal of presenting the company’s roadmap for the province of Valencia and strengthening strategic alliances.
During the opening speech, Pablo Serna, CEO of TM Grupo Inmobiliario, highlighted the importance of Valencia as “an essential piece in the company’s growth model,” underlining its long-term commitment to the region. “In this province, we have taken firm steps. At present, we have land for more than 500 homes and have committed an investment exceeding €130 million. Valencia is both a destination and an inspiration, and we want to contribute to its economic, environmental, social and urban development”, he stated. Within its 2024–2027 Strategic Plan, the Main Global Partner of Valencia CF aims to reach a business volume of €1.1 billion, with Valencia as one of its key expansion hubs.
During the event, Augusto Monte, Commercial and Marketing Director of TM Grupo Inmobiliario, explained that the company is progressing with two flagship projects: Santa María Sea by TM, in the beach area of Puig de Santa María, and TM Tower, in Benidorm.
“Santa María Sea will feature 281 homes distributed between apartments and townhouses, located just 150 metres from the sea, in a fully renewed environment with large communal areas including a social club, coworking space, gym and heated pools. A project that reflects our commitment to creating unique residential developments with a Mediterranean spirit”, he said.
As for TM Tower, Monte underlined that “it will be the tallest residential building in Europe, an icon of design, innovation and sustainability that will set a new milestone in Mediterranean architecture and in the international projection of the brand”.
The event, held at The Westin Valencia hotel, also served as a meeting point with Valencia’s social and business ecosystem, as part of a commitment to generate synergies and new opportunities. “We want them to share our vision and to see us as a strategic ally for this region’s growth. Our mission is to build connections that build — between administrations, entrepreneurs, projects and dreams,” concluded TM Grupo Inmobiliario’s CEO.
A PARTNERSHIP THAT GOES BEYOND SPONSORSHIP
The event was attended by a large Valencia CF delegation led by General Director Javier Solís, and included head coach Carlos Corberán, Team Manager Voro, players Gayà, César Tárrega, Lena and Gema Climent, as well as Salvador Belda, President of VCF Femenino, among others. One of the main focuses of the event was, naturally, the partnership between TM Grupo Inmobiliario and Valencia CF, established in 2023 and renewed last April until 2028. “This is our third season together. We have a relationship built on trust, commitment and shared vision, and we are very happy because there is still a great road ahead,” said Javier Solís, General Director of Valencia CF. “It is a perfect alliance that goes beyond sponsorship. We share ideals, and together we have taken the name of Valencia and the Mediterranean across Europe and America”, he added.
Since the beginning of this collaboration, both entities have forged real connections that bring value not only to the company and the Club, but also to the city and Valencian society. They have showcased the Mediterranean lifestyle across Europe -in Poland, the Czech Republic, Germany, Sweden, Luxembourg, Belgium and the Netherlands- developed joint sustainability initiatives with the VCF Foundation, and carried out special activations in Mexico through the hotel brand The Fives.
One of the most memorable gestures was the donation of the front of the jersey after the DANA storm, featuring the message “AMUNT VALENCIANS” at Mestalla -a show of sensitivity and commitment that remains in collective memory.
SHARED IDENTITY WITH VALENCIA CF AND INTERNATIONAL PROJECTION
Lucas Serrano, Director of Communication and Corporate Responsibility at TM Grupo Inmobiliario, explained that this partnership “is not a simple sponsorship, but the activation of a shared identity.”
“TM brings solvency, reputation and roots: we are a brand that builds homes, cities and generates economic, social and environmental value in the communities where we are present. Valencia CF brings emotional scale and global reach. The union of both strengths translates into the word trust, and that is what we are building through this partnership,” he stated.
The international strategy of the agreement aims to consolidate brand awareness in Europe, leverage cultural affinity with Latin America, and prepare an ambitious agenda in the United States ahead of the major football events of 2026.
