VCF Megastore to reopen on May 20th
Following the reopening of the Mestalla Store earlier this week, the VCF Megastore will be back in business from Wednesday at 10am. Located on the Plaza del Ayuntamiento square in the centre of the city, the facility is celebrating the occasion with offers of up to 50% discount on some products.
In compliance with the rules established by the Spanish government, only the ground floor of the store will be open. However, all products in stock will be available, as well as the possibility of ordering online.
Both the Megastore and the Mestalla Store have been adapted to restrictions for the safety of employees and customers. To avoid physical contact, a Cashless system has been introduced, reducing payments by cash and providing a more comfortable purchasing experience.
A ‘Pick Up’ option has been made available to collect products bought at either store. The VCF Megastore will open from Monday to Saturday from 10am to 8pm, whilst the Mestalla Store can be entered from 10am to 2pm and 4pm to 8pm. Special hours, between 11am to 12pm and 7pm to 8pm, will be given over to those over the age of 65.
PROTOCOL:
Entry control.
Hydroalcoholic gel and gloves for customers at the store entrance.
Set path for store movement, with one entrance and one exit.
Safe distances at payment áreas.
Protection in places of contact between customers and employees.
Organisation to provide space between shelves.
Minimum distancing of 2 metres.
Temporary closure of the changing rooms.
Extra cleaning and daily disinfection.
Quarantine and disinfection of used garments.
