Strict preventative anti-Covid protocols put in place by Valencia CF

Since the beginning of the COVID-19 health crisis, Valencia CF have been a pioneering club in applying the necessary internal protocols to minimise the risks and possible consequences of an outbreak of infections. With the 'new normal' now established and activity set to resume at the Ciudad Deportiva following a brief summer break, Valencia CF will once again apply strict measures for the prevention of the transmission of the coronavirus.
Along with the application of the protocols set out by LaLiga -as happened upon the resumption of the league last season- in recent months Valencia CF have developed their own prevention protocols at their sporting facilities and offices. These measures, aimed at controlling contact between groups of players and, in turn, between the team and those around them, included temperature checks, division of players and hygiene and disinfection rules, as well as the procedures to follow in the event of any contagion.
This type of prevention protocol, which has already been applied by VCF Academy teams and at the rest of the club's facilities, is in tune with indications made by Sport and Healthcare authorities at both regional and national level.
