Valencia CF faced Arosa SC at the A Lomba Municipal Stadium (Pontevedra), in the second round of the Copa del Rey.
Before the match, the president of Valencia CF, Layhoon Chan, met with Manolo Abalo, president of Arosa SC, to whom she presented a commemorative painting for the match, inspired by artist Joaquín Sorolla. Abalo presented a shirt from Arosa SC to the club.
