Value-Driven Football at the Valencia CF training ground
Javi Guerra, Anita Marcos, and Phoe Browne personally congratulated the participants of Escoles CB, a sports-education initiative by the VCF Foundation now celebrating its 10th anniversary
The “Elles som tots. Història del Valencia CF Femení” exhibition is currently being displayed at the Antoni Asunción Hernández Penitentiary Centre in Picassent, as part of the Escoles Cor Blanquinegre project run by the VCF Foundation.
The director general of the VCF Foundation, Teo Swee Wei, vice president and minister of Equality and Inclusive Policies for the Generalitat Valenciana, Mónica Oltra, and the director general director of the penitentiary, Jesús Sánchez-Gadeo, attended the opening of the exhibition. They were accompanied by Valencia CF social ambassador, Ricardo Arias.
After the opening, they chatted with the inmates of Module 18, participants in the Escola Cor Blanquinegre which has Paula Nieto, a former VCF Femenino player, as coach.
The message that they transmitted to the inmates was of recognition for their efforts and adaptation to the Escoles' activity.
