“Arriving at a club like Valencia CF is a significant step for any player. I’m looking forward to being able to start with my teammates as soon as possible” said Alberto Marí on VCF Media Alberto Marí knows all about his new home where he has already played at as Infantil and Cadete for Hércules CF.
“Being able to come to the Ciutat Esportiva de Paterna to play on these football pitches is always exciting, and playing now as a home player is a step for everyone”.
The Alicante born striker comes from SD Eibar where he has netted 37 goals over the last three seasons as part of SD Eibar’s juvenil side in Division de Honor at CD Victoria which is a sister club of the Basque side.
“I’m a striker who is adept at playing with his back to goal and in recent seasons I’ve been lucky enough to end the season on a positive goalscoring note and now I want to show that here at the VCF Academy".
Alberto Marí will start preseason the upcoming 12th of July under Miguel Ángel Angulo's orders looking to work for the team with a common objective. “The objective will be clear right from the beginning, start working without going overboard and taking it step by step”.
