Affiliated schools learn the rules of the game

Those participating in the VCF Escoles programme are taking part in special quizzes whilst training is suspended

The VCF Schools Department are taking advantage of a forced stoppage in their training and competition activity, due to the Covid-19 pandemic, to help schools affiliated with the VCF Academy improve their knowledge of the laws of the game in a fun way.

Through a simple, fun online test, the children that make up the 37 schools in the VCF programme answer 20 questions that allow them to review and learn the 17 Laws of the Game established by FIFA.

Questions include those about the dimensions of the pitch, the characteristics of the ball, substitutions, goals, unexpected circumstances that can occur in a match and much more. Participants will be able to check their scores, and the questions will be updated and modified every week throughout this period of inactivity.

With the VCF Escoles VCF project, the VCF Academy aims to achieve two objectives: The recruitment and training of standout young talents in the Valencia and Murcia regions, as well as the promotion and dissemination of the club's sporting and social image in each town.
