"This who we are, this is how we compete." This is the title of the tenth and final episode of the documentary '442 Reasons: VCF Academy', now available to all audiences.
The VCF Academy is that place where everything originates. "The heart of that Valencian feeling where those players come up ". And not only football, but it is also the place where a worldwide pioneering project of values has been developed.
Key elements in building up our players under the same motto with the same objective: 'We educate people, we train footballers'. That is the phrase that impregnates each action of the VCF Academy in its double formative aspect.
In this tenth part, the General Director of Valencia CF, Sean Bai, and the VCF Academy with Luis Martínez, Director of Operations, and Marco Otero, Technical Director, recount the day-to-day life of the enormous Valencian family that makes up the Academy VCF of the Ciutat Esportiva de Paterna.
“A vocational job 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, in which we owe ourselves to our families, our boys and girls, the Club, the VCF Academy and football”.
