
The coaching staff for VCF Feminino will be led by Andrea Esteban, as head coach, for the second consecutive season in 2022/23. Alongside her will be: Carlos Durá, assistant coach; Carlos Navarro, fitness trainer; Pablo Moreno, goalkeeping coach; Vincent Gilabert, analyst; Luis Pérez, doctor; Toni Cuadrado, retrainer; Juan Carlos Gallego and Víctor Sebastià, physiotherapists; and Marta Álvarez, delegate. The team for the 2022/23 campaign is almost identical to that of last season, with the addition of Gilabert and Pérez.
This group began their preseason on July 20 and have almost six weeks of intense work together with the players before the first official league match of the season, which takes place in the second weekend of September (10th or 11th).
