Thursday training indoors and outdoors
The players are not letting the intense heat in Valencia put them off the task at hand
The Valencia CF squad have been putting the facilities at the Ciudad Deportiva to full use this week, building strength in the gym and working on endurance on the pitch.
Setting the schedule for the players has been fitness coach Juan Solla, assisted by the rest of Javi Gracia's coaching staff. The squad has been divided into groups in accordance with LaLiga and club protocol, and the participants are adapting with vigour and focus.
An added obstacle for the schedule has been the intense heat present in Valencia this week. However, with the start of the LaLiga season fast approaching, nothing is distracting the players from the task at hand.
