Valencia CF, Second Team In LALIGA History With The Most Home Wins
The Valencian side has secured 917 victories at Mestalla.
LaLiga has a provisional return date of June 11/12th, and the Valencia CF squad have a target to aim for as they begin their third week of training at the Ciudad Deportiva. The progressive plan established by the league and the government means that the sessions are still divided into groups, but morale continues to be lifted with every step forward taken.
There is even more desire for a comeback amongst those who, like Maxi Gomez, have been sidelined through injury and missed games before the suspension of the competition. The Uruguayan completed his first full session with the group, after partial reincorporation last week.
The team’s top LaLiga goalscorer is hoping to put his metatarsal issue behind him and make the most of the final 11 games of the season to help achieve the group’s objectives.
Monday’s session was a demanding and, at times, hot one, as Spain moves closer to summer.
