The second 'Sempre Falles' doll of the season will be handed over to Real Betis on Matchday 5, as an institutional gift that also gives visibility to Fallas artists in the Valencia region.
Ahead of the LaLiga contest, a new 'ninot' has been designed by José Priol of Sevior & Priol ARTS in Alicante. The theme for the souvenir is the famous tower of Valencia cathedral, known colloquially as 'Miguelete.' According to the artist, it reflects the idea that the monument represents football, and features the tower adorned with the Real Betis shirt.
The Miguelete is one of the emblems of the city, and on ninot design there is also the Valencia CF badge alongside that of Betis, showing the cordial relationship between the two entitites.
The 'Sempre Falles' initiative has been put in place by the club along with the Ayuntamiento de Valencia, as part of the 'Sempre Valencia' campaign to support the region from a healthcare, economic and social perspective.
