
A huge amount of fans have experienced a game at Mestalla so far this season, and the total number for 2018/19 has been pushed past 1 million with the excellent attendance at the VCF Legends game this past Sunday.
Since the Trofeo Naranja, some 1,002,792 supporters have made their way through the turnstiles at the stadium. This includes the two exhbition games, plus 24 matches in LaLiga, the Copa del Rey, the Champions League and the Europa League. Average attendance is 38,568 per game.
The best turnouts to date in 2018/19 have been against Atletico Madrid and FC Barcelona in LaLiga, Juventus in the Champions League and Real Betis in the Copa del Rey semifinals, with over 45,000 at each of these matches.
