A tough defeat

It's a very tough defeat because we had the game on the right track after a good first half. I can't explain how the three points got away from us.

Aspects to improve

The team did a great job in the first half. We knew they were going to squeeze us in the second half and we dropped too far back. We conceded a lot. When you concede so much, you end up paying for it. We have to be smarter in those situations. It's not the first time it's happened to us. We have to set a pace in the game that favours us in those situations. Conceding three goals makes it very difficult to win games.

Turning attention to the Copa del Rey

Now we have a few days in which to mentally rest after this tough defeat. Now we have the Copa del Rey, at home, and the fans are going to give us a lot of support. It's a very important game for us.
