Club hold opening meeting with random members of Grada Jove stand
A first meeting between Valencia CF and a group of season ticket holders from the Grada Jove Mario Alberto Kempes stand at Mestalla, selected at random, was held this Monday to explain the regeneration project undertaken this summer and listen to suggestions and questions from these supporters.
The meeting was the first of many with different fans from the section, as the club look to better understand the opinions and evaluations of the largest number of supporters possible .
The club underlined the initial premise of Mestalla having a healthy atmosphere and being free from even a hint of any form of violence, ensuring that the stadium is a meeting point for young Valencianistas able to support their team with complete freedom -without coercion or threats.
Valencia CF are listening to suggestions from supporters in the Grada Jove to establish the ground rules for the section, which will become a point of reference for the rest of Mestalla and a main element of support for those on the pitch.
An initial number of 1,200 for the section has been established, but could be increased according to compliance with the first objective of establishing a rejuvenated atmosphere free from threatening behaviour.
