Get to know Carlos Corberán better
Review his career here: his training in Spain and his journey through Saudi Arabia, Cyprus, Greece and England.
A new routine for the Valencia CF squad has seen them travelling to work already wearing their training kit, following the LaLiga guidelines for training, working individually and getting reaquainted with being back out on the pitch at the Ciudad Deportiva.
Daniel Wass is one of the players adapting to the situation, and he allowed VCF fans to accompany him on a typical day during this phase of the reintroduction to training.
From his garage, to getting into ŠKODA for the trip to work, through to the moment that his fitness and ball work is completed and he crosses paths with the next player on the schedule, the Dane gives the inside track on what a typical day has been like over the past week.
"We're taking things gradually. Working at the training ground is a good step forward," he told VCF Media. "I'm able to see my teammates and get back on the ball, but we're taking it step by step. We'll keep working, and a return is getting closer."
